Food Prize culinary competition held in Shreveport-Bossier

The Food Prize culinary competition recently held its ‘Come and Get It’ event at the Remington Suite Hotel in downtown Shreveport. The event featured six finalists who advanced through the Golden Fork Dinner Series to compete on the main stage.

During the competition, local chefs collaborated with national celebrity chefs to present unique tastings to judges and attendees. The event also included a mixology competition where local bartenders competed for the Golden Shaker trophy.
