Food Style Japan 2026 exhibitions announced for Chubu and Kyushu regions

Various industry participants have announced their upcoming appearances at the Food Style Japan 2026 exhibitions in Japan.

In the Chubu region, Postas Co., Ltd. will exhibit at the event held at the Aichi International Exhibition Hall on October 28–29, 2026. The company will showcase its “POS+” series, a digital transformation (DX) platform designed to optimize restaurant operations. Featured solutions include the “POS+ food” series, which includes self-checkout registers, ticket machines, mobile ordering services, and tabletop ordering systems aimed at reducing labor costs and improving efficiency.

In the Kyushu region, the Seomjeonbok Fishery Association will participate in the exhibition at Marine Messe Fukuoka on November 18–19, 2026. The South Korean-based company, which specializes in abalone from Wando, is expanding into the B2C market. They will debut new steamed abalone products alongside official brand characters, “Wanbogi” and “Hirappi,” as part of a new brand marketing strategy to increase consumer familiarity with their seafood products.
