Food Techno Engineering to showcase moisture cold chain technology

Food Techno Engineering Co., Ltd. has announced its participation in the ‘Agribusiness Creation Fair 2026,’ organized by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries. The company will exhibit in the ‘Food Tech’ zone from November 11 to 13, 2026.

The exhibition will focus on the company’s ‘Moisture Cold Chain’ concept, which utilizes proprietary high-humidity refrigeration technology to maintain the freshness of agricultural products. Unlike traditional temperature-focused cooling, which can cause dehydration and weight loss, this technology manages both temperature and humidity to prevent wilting and preserve product quality from production to consumption.

The company aims to collaborate with universities, research institutions, IT firms, and logistics providers to implement this system. Key objectives include quantifying freshness preservation data, developing IoT monitoring systems, and conducting export demonstrations to expand the global reach of high-quality Japanese agricultural products.
