Food Week Korea 2026 to showcase food tech and green bio innovations
The 21st Seoul International Food Industry Exhibition, known as Food Week Korea 2026, will be held from November 4 to 7 at the COEX convention center in Seoul. Co-hosted by COEX and the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, the event features 963 companies from 47 countries across 1,622 booths.
The exhibition is organized into specialized halls: Hall A focuses on domestic and international food, including meal kits and health functional foods; Hall B highlights food trends such as desserts, beverages, and premium ingredients; and Hall C showcases next-generation K-food and smart solutions, including automated cooking equipment and serving robots.
Additionally, the Korea Food Industry Cluster Promotion Agency will host a Green Bio Food Exhibition within the event. This segment will highlight functional foods developed through technical support, elderly-friendly foods known as Neulpyeon Food, and certified traditional foods. The opening day will also include the 16th National Food Cluster International Conference and the 5th Age-Friendly Food Industry Symposium.
