Foodist Istanbul to host global food industry professionals in September 2026

Foodist Istanbul is scheduled to take place from September 1–4, 2026, at the Tüyap Fair and Congress Center. The event aims to address the future of the food sector, focusing on topics such as export, digitalization, sustainability, and food technology.

The exhibition is expected to host over 2,000 purchasing professionals from 60 different countries, including representatives from Europe, South America, North Africa, and Southeast Asia. The program seeks to enhance Turkey’s food exports by connecting producers and exporters with international buyers across categories such as processed fruits, nuts, staples, chocolate, confectionery, and oils.

In addition to the exhibition, the Foodist Forum and Show Kitchen events will bring together academics, public representatives, producers, and Horeca professionals to discuss current industry dynamics and foster new business collaborations.
