Football clubs Vaduz and Thun face critical upcoming matches

Liechtenstein and Swiss football clubs face significant challenges in upcoming matches. In the Liechtenstein 2. Liga, both FC Vaduz II and FC Schaan are struggling due to high squad turnover. FC Vaduz II, currently in 7th place with nine points, prepares to face Chur 97 at the Rheinparkstadion. Meanwhile, FC Schaan faces a difficult away match against Valposchiavo while dealing with numerous injuries.

In Swiss football, the defending champion FC Thun is in a critical position following three consecutive losses. A defeat in their upcoming match against newly promoted FC Vaduz could see them drop to the bottom of the table if Lausanne secures a victory. FC Thun currently holds the league's weakest defense, having conceded 22 goals, and will be playing without captain Marco Bürki due to suspension.
