Football transfer market sees major moves for Ipswich, Liverpool, and Arsenal
The summer 2026 football transfer window is active across major European leagues. In the English Premier League, newly promoted Ipswich Town has signed 27-year-old Argentine midfielder Exequiel Palacios from Bayer Leverkusen.
