Football transfer updates: Karetsas joins Dortmund and Bailey moves to Olympiakos

After moving from Leverkusen to Aston Villa in 2021 for over 30 million euros, Bailey struggled to maintain a high level of performance in the Premier League. Following a loan spell at AS Roma, Aston Villa has sold the 29-year-old to Olympiakos Piraeus for 5 million euros. Bailey has signed a contract with the Greek club until 2029.
