Football transfers: Joaquín Delgado to Zaragoza and Armando González to Olympiacos

In football transfer news, Real Oviedo is finalizing the departure of striker Joaquín Delgado to Zaragoza. The deal is structured as a permanent transfer, with Zaragoza seeking to include clauses for a percentage of future sales and potential economic compensation in the event of promotion. Delgado, who scored 41 goals in a season and a half for Oviedo, had already undergone a medical examination with his new club.

Separately, Chivas and Olympiacos have reportedly reached an economic agreement for the transfer of Armando González. The Mexican striker, known as ‘La Hormiga’, is expected to finalize personal terms with the Greek club shortly. González, a member of the Mexican national team, previously established himself in Liga MX with 24 goals across 38 matches.
