Raphinha signs new contract extension with Barcelona until 2030

Brazilian forward Raphinha has signed a contract extension with FC Barcelona, securing his future at the club until June 2030. The new agreement extends his previous commitment, which was set to expire in 2028, by two additional seasons.

The renewal follows a period of high performance for the 29-year-old, who has become a key figure in Hansi Flick’s squad. During the current 2026/27 campaign, Raphinha has recorded 14 goals and three assists in his first eight matches across all competitions.

Negotiations were facilitated by Barcelona’s sporting director, Deco, and involve the player’s legal representatives. While specific financial details of the new deal have not been officially disclosed, reports indicate the agreement includes a salary increase to reflect his growing importance and leadership role within the team. An official announcement and ceremony are expected to take place shortly.
