FOR-A integrates CuePilot for automated live production

FOR-A has announced a collaboration with CuePilot and graphics partner ClassX to demonstrate an automated production workflow at IBC 2026. The integrated system aims to streamline the production of live events and television by connecting pre-production planning directly to real-time technical execution.

CuePilot serves as a software platform that allows producers to pre-visualize shows by defining camera movements, lighting changes, and audio cues on a single timeline. Through this new integration, the CuePilot timeline can automatically drive the MixBoard software-based switcher and the ClassX LiveBoard graphics generator. This allows for automated scene changes, layout recalls, graphics activation, and media playback as the timeline progresses.

The workflow is designed to bridge the gap between creative planning and technical delivery, providing production teams with tools like camera cards and cue lists accessible via mobile devices.
