Ford Highlights America’s 250th Anniversary with Exhibits at Union Station and The Henry Ford

Ford Motor Company has launched a free two‑week exhibit titled “Driving America Forward” at Washington, D.C.’s Union Station. The display features ten historic Ford vehicles—from a Model T and a 1941 GP Jeep prototype to a 2026 Oracle Red Bull Racing F1 car—alongside interactive photo stations and memorabilia. The exhibit runs daily through July 14 and is part of the automaker’s broader celebration of the United States’ 250th birthday.

In Dearborn, Michigan, the Henry Ford Museum is hosting the Freedom Plane National Tour, a Boeing 737‑styled “Freedom Plane” carrying nine original founding‑era documents. The exhibition, open July 9‑26, requires advance reservation and offers extended evening hours on July 23. Both events underscore Ford’s role in American industrial heritage while marking the nation’s 250‑year milestone.
