Ford Vietnam attracts interest at Vietnam Mobility Show 2025

Ford Vietnam is seeing significant interest at the Vietnam Mobility Show 2025, with high numbers of visitors registering for test drives of models including the Territory, Everest, and Ranger. The exhibition, which covers approximately 90,000 square meters, showcases a variety of vehicles ranging from high-performance models like the Ranger Raptor to electrified options.

Despite the rising trend of electric vehicles in Vietnam, the Ford Everest continues to maintain a strong market position in the 7-seater SUV segment. According to data from the Vietnam Automobile Manufacturers Association (VAMA), the Everest remains a leader in the body-on-frame SUV category, outperforming competitors such as the Toyota Fortuner and Mitsubishi Pajero Sport. This resilience is attributed to its specialized off-road capabilities and durable chassis, which cater to drivers requiring heavy-duty performance in complex terrains—a niche that many unibody electric vehicles currently do not prioritize.
