Foreign self-employed workers in Spain grow 20 times faster than locals

In Spain, the number of foreign self-employed workers is growing 20 times faster than that of Spanish nationals. Data from June shows a new record for foreign affiliates registered with the Social Security system.

Additionally, the Social Security administration is changing its notification protocols. Starting in September, the agency will cease sending notifications via physical mail to thousands of people, citing the assumption that recipients are familiar with electronic devices due to their work environments.
