Foreigner announces 50th anniversary New York tour

Rock band Foreigner has announced a special 50th Anniversary Tour of New York, consisting of four shows across the New York metropolitan area in the spring of 2027. The announcement was made by founding member Al Greenwood during a concert at Jones Beach.

The tour schedule includes:

• April 27: Beacon Theatre, New York, NY • April 28: The Wellmont Theater, Montclair, NJ • April 30: The Capitol Theatre, Port Chester, NY • May 2: Flagstar at Westbury Music Fair, Westbury, NY

Founded in New York by Mick Jones in 1976, the band released its debut album in 1977. The anniversary run aims to celebrate the group's history in the region where they began. General public ticket sales are scheduled to begin on September 3 at 10 a.m. local time, following various venue and artist presales starting September 1 and 2.
