Forensic reports released in separate deaths of couples in Mexico and Argentina

Authorities in Mexico and Argentina have released preliminary findings regarding two separate incidents involving deceased couples.

In San Luis Potosí, Mexico, the State Attorney General's Office reported that a 43-year-old woman and a 56-year-old man were found dead in the conjugal visit area of the La Pila State Penitentiary. Autopsies revealed the woman died of asphyxiation by strangulation, while the man, an inmate, died of asphyxiation by suspension. Investigators have ruled out the use of sharp objects and stated there is currently no evidence of a third party's involvement.

In Jujuy, Argentina, the Public Prosecutor's Office is investigating the deaths of María Raquel Tabera and Lautaro Tomás Bustos Colina, who were found in a home in the Malvinas neighborhood. Preliminary forensic reports indicate no signs of violence or evidence of third-party involvement. The investigation remains open to confirm the exact causes of death.
