Foresea launches technology training for people with disabilities

Foresea, an offshore drilling company, has launched the first class of the Mentes Digitais Foresea program. This free professional qualification initiative is designed exclusively for people with disabilities (PCDs).

In partnership with Firjan SENAI SESI, the program provides eight months of technical training and human development. The inaugural class, held at the DigiTech Firjan SENAI center in Rio de Janeiro, consists of 24 selected participants. Nokia is also involved as a technical partner to help align the training with practical industry demands.
