Forestry experts compete in national skills contest in Nisporeni

Forestry experts from across the country participated in a national competition held in the Nisporeni forest to demonstrate their professional skills. The event featured 22 of the nation's top forestry masters who underwent eight theoretical and practical tests.

Challenges included identifying tree and shrub species from seeds and leaves, recognizing tree diseases and pests, and implementing reforestation techniques. Participants also had to perform complex tasks such as determining the volume of wood mass. The competition included forestry professionals from Romania, highlighting the regional nature of the expertise displayed.
