Forever Healthy, a private humanitarian initiative, announced the release of AI4L 1.0 – an open‑source system that allows users to generate rigorous, evidence‑based reviews of health and longevity interventions. The platform employs a novel "Audit‑Driven Prompting" method that requires the AI to pass a 390‑plus item quality‑assurance checklist, including live citation verification, before completing a review, and then to audit its own output. This approach is intended to reduce hallucinations and ensure that reviews meet strict quality standards.

The tool is model‑agnostic and can be run with a single prompt in major chat interfaces or via command‑line interfaces, supporting automated, repeatable workflows. Example reviews, audit transcripts, and documentation are provided on GitHub under an MIT license.
