Forja restaurant hosts Homenaje culinary event in Manises

The restaurant Forja, located in the Sky Business Center of Manises near Valencia, is hosting its first major public event titled ‘Homenaje’. The event is scheduled for Friday, November 6, and utilizes a cocktail-style format where guests can sample various gourmet offerings.

The culinary proposal, directed by Óscar Palma with gastronomic advice from Grupo Montoro, focuses on seasonal products, wood-fired rice, and meats and fish cooked over embers. The ‘Homenaje’ event features 25 gourmet passes distributed across four stations: Sea, Land, Fire, and Desserts. The menu includes items such as oysters, bluefin tuna, 5J 100% acorn-fed Iberian ham, and various seafood and meat preparations.

Tickets for the event are priced at 50 euros per person and include unlimited drinks. Due to the nature of the experience, capacity is limited.
