Form-Plast S.A. declares bankruptcy in Bydgoszcz

The Bydgoszcz District Court has declared the bankruptcy of Form-Plast S.A., a private company established in 1978 that specializes in plastic injection molding. The company had previously filed for restructuring in late 2024 due to debts exceeding 49 million PLN, but attempts to reach an agreement with creditors failed.

Following the bankruptcy declaration on May 29, 2026, dozens of employees received notices of termination. Many workers report that they have not received wages since the end of May, with some facing unpaid periods covering May, June, and July. The appointed trustee indicated that a request will be submitted to the Guaranteed Employee Benefits Fund, though workers have noted significant delays in receiving these funds.
