Former 'B&B Vol Liefde' contestants Magda and Lieske adjust after show

Magda, a 76‑year‑old former participant of the Dutch reality series B&B Vol Liefde, announced she is leaving France after 26 years to return to the Netherlands and be nearer to her children and grandchildren. She said the show did not bring her the partner she hoped for and that life there felt lonely, prompting the move. Magda reflected on the difficulty of leaving her home, garden and memories of her late husband, while friend Eugène helped her pack.

Lieske Vos, 64, also a former contestant, reported an overwhelming influx of messages after the programme, most of which were positive but some were inappropriate, including unsolicited bra‑size details and photos that she deleted. She highlighted a personal connection with Eveline, which developed into a relationship in September, and described recent social outings with friends and family.
