Former Elite Model Management Executive Gerald Marie Faces New Rape and Trafficking Complaints

Six women have filed fresh criminal complaints in France alleging that Gerald Marie, the former head of Elite Model Management's European division, raped and trafficked young models in the 1980s and early 1990s. The accusations include forced sexual relations with minors and organizing parties that introduced the models to wealthy older men. Marie has consistently denied wrongdoing, and his lawyer argues the case is time‑barred, as earlier investigations were closed in 2023 due to the statute of limitations.

The allegations revive a pattern of claims that have surfaced over the past several years, with more than a dozen former models alleging abuse by the former agency leader, whose firm represented super‑models such as Naomi Campbell and Cindy Crawford.
