During a July 2024 recording of the YouTube program REAL VALUE, former Fuji TV announcer Watanabe Nagisa became visibly upset. Entrepreneur Hiroyuki Horie recalled asking her, “Are you OK?” and noted that she “started crying and walked out.” The incident involved comedian Tanoshingo, whose past alleged misconduct was discussed on‑air, and a director who reportedly reconciled with Tanoshingo by a staged kiss.

Watanabe, who has publicly disclosed PTSD and a history of health issues, later announced her departure from Fuji Television in August 2024. She has spoken about ongoing concerns over symptom flare‑ups but said she is focusing on recovery.
