Former Progros workers demand over €41,000 unpaid wages from ex‑owner Boris Mijič
Thirteen foreign workers of the now‑defunct construction firm Progros are represented by the Workers' Advisory (Delavska svetovalnica) in a claim that the company owes them more than €41,000 in unpaid salaries, severance payments and other benefits. The advisory, led by Goran Lukić, says the deadline for payment—set for a Tuesday—passed without any money being transferred.
Lukić has warned that former owner and Resnica MP Boris Mijič should have his competence removed and called the case a classic example of worker exploitation through chain‑ownership structures. He said the advisory will pursue further legal steps, though did not specify them. The former Progros was later headed by Admir Kamerić (resident of Dubnica, BiH), who replaced Miladin Mijič, the father of Boris Mijič, and the company was subsequently transferred free of charge to Roko Snežič.
