Former Senigallia Mayor Graziano Mariani Passes Away
Graziano Mariani, who served as mayor of Senigallia from 1990 to 1998 and was noted for extensive urban renewal projects, has died. Colleagues described him as a forward‑looking administrator who helped modernise the city’s infrastructure, cultural venues and public services.
Italo Fattore, an 81‑year‑old taxi driver and long‑time member of the Coro Sibilla in Macerata, also died. He was widely recognised for his commitment to the choir over five decades and his work with Afam, an Alzheimer support organisation.
Claudio Bonissoni, former mayor of Sale Marasino who led the town for ten years (2004‑2014), died at age 70. He was remembered for his dedication to public duties and for being cleared of earlier corruption allegations.
