Former ‘Shrinking’ crew member sues Warner Bros. TV over harassment and wage theft

Mindy McKoin, a former Key Second Assistant Director for the series ‘Shrinking’, has filed a lawsuit in California state court against Warner Bros. Television and executive producer/director Randall Winston. The lawsuit includes allegations of sexual harassment, battery, retaliation, and wrongful termination.

Mckoin alleges that Winston subjected her to unwelcome and severe harassment, specifically claiming he grabbed and groped her breast without consent at a work-related function. She further claims she was abruptly fired on July 10, 2026, following her reports of this misconduct.

In addition to sexual harassment claims, the lawsuit alleges wage theft and timecard tampering. McKoin asserts that production accounting was instructed to record fewer hours than were actually worked for her and other crew members. She claims that after escalating concerns regarding unpaid wages and inaccurate time records to Doozer Productions, she faced retaliation.
