Former students in Italy hold school reunions

Former students in Italy have organized reunions to commemorate the anniversaries of their high school graduations.

In Bivona, sixteen former students of the 1985-86 class from the Istituto Tecnico Commerciale ‘Lorenzo Panepinto’ met for a dinner to reflect on their time in school. The group, coordinated by Maria Teresa Barbasso, included former classmates and Professor Eugenio Giannone. The attendees recalled their involvement in extracurricular activities such as the school newspaper and human rights conferences.

Separately, the 5th Chemistry B class from the 1978 cohort of ITI Montani gathered at Porto San Giorgio. Nearly 48 years after receiving their diplomas, the former students met at the Crazy Beach, owned by classmate Giampiero Massetti. The reunion included Professor Luigi Angelici and featured a moment of remembrance for classmates who have passed away.
