Formigine achieves 100% coverage for local nursery schools
The municipality of Formigine has achieved 100% coverage for its nursery school services for the new educational year. The local network, comprising both municipal nurseries and contracted private facilities, provides a total of 315 places for children aged 0-3.
This milestone marks the first time the administration has eliminated waiting lists for residents. Mayor Elisa Parenti noted that the strategic allocation of resources since the start of the current legislature has allowed the response rate to rise from 74% in the first year to the current full coverage. The administration stated that removing waiting lists expands access to early childhood education for a diverse range of families, regardless of their employment status or existing parental support networks.
