Formosa delegation attends Alberdi's 96th anniversary in Paraguay

A delegation from the government of Formosa, Argentina, participated in the 96th anniversary celebrations of the city of Alberdi in Paraguay. The delegation was led by Chief of Cabinet Antonio Ferreira and included provincial deputies Agustín Samaniego and Hugo García, as well as university and science officials.

The visit highlighted the deep-rooted political, historical, and cultural ties between the Argentine province and the Paraguayan community. During the event, Alberdi Mayor Luis Santander expressed gratitude for the support from Formosa, noting the importance of the commitment to the local population.

Provincial Deputy Agustín Samaniego emphasized the closeness between the two regions and the broader bilateral relationship between Argentina and Paraguay. Additionally, Science and Technology Secretary Camilo Orrabalis noted the shared Guaraní identity and culture that unites the populations across the border.
