Formosa entrepreneurs receive training in agile business management

Entrepreneurs, SMEs, and family businesses in Formosa, Argentina, participated in a training session titled ‘How to sell more without disorganizing your business’. Organized by the Agencia de Desarrollo Empresarial (ADE), the event focused on implementing agile management tools to prevent administrative chaos during periods of growth.

Led by Camila Rivenson, a Scrum Master from the Formosa Technological Innovation Cluster, the workshop guided participants through the entire commercial process, from customer attraction to post-sales. Attendees utilized practical exercises, such as creating a ‘disorder map’ and a seven-day improvement plan, to identify operational bottlenecks and organize daily tasks.

Guillermo Arévalo, manager of the ADE, emphasized that increasing sales is insufficient if a business is not structurally prepared to handle growth through clear processes and organized responsibilities.
