Formosa government to distribute 200,000 toys for Children's Day

The Government of Formosa is preparing to distribute more than 200,000 toys to children across the province in celebration of Children's Day. The distribution is scheduled to take place simultaneously in all provincial schools on Sunday, August 16.

During an organizational meeting led by Chief of Staff Minister Antonio Ferreira, officials coordinated the logistics for the delivery. Subsecretary of Consumer and User Defense, Edgar Pérez, stated that the initiative is a political decision by Governor Gildo Insfrán to use provincial state resources to provide gifts to all children.

In addition to the toy delivery, traditional festivals are planned for August 22 and 23. Officials noted that the organized effort involves various provincial institutions and community militants to ensure the simultaneous arrival and assembly of the gifts in schools throughout the territory.
