Formosa: Investigation sought for disappearance of newborn

In the Formosa province of Argentina, a man from Riacho He-Hé has filed a formal complaint regarding the disappearance of his newborn son. The child's whereabouts remain unknown more than 40 days after his alleged birth.

The complainant alleges that while the mother currently denies having been pregnant, he possesses photographic evidence and messages that substantiate the pregnancy and the imminent birth. The case is currently being processed by the provincial judiciary in Clorinda.

Legal representatives and Deputy Gabriela Neme are seeking urgent reports from health and migratory agencies to determine the location of the birth and the child's current status. Due to concerns regarding potential human trafficking or identity concealment, there are calls for federal judicial intervention.
