Formosa museum and archive staff undergo regional history training

Staff members from the Historical Archive and the “Juan Pablo Duffard” Historical and Regional Museum in Formosa participated in a training workshop on Wednesday, October 28. Led by history professor Javier Núñez, the sessions focused on regional history, critical memory, and heritage management.

Graciela Buiatti, Director of Sociocultural Heritage, stated that the initiative aims to deepen the staff's understanding of Formosa's history to better serve users. The training is designed to improve services for various groups, including researchers, tourists, and secondary or tertiary students.

Buiatti noted that the training includes guided tours within the Archive and Museum to identify areas for self-improvement. The Museum remains open daily, including weekends and holidays, while the Historical Archive operates from 8:00 a.m. until late evening.
