Foroom completes OH! Praga residential project in Warsaw
The OH! Praga residential development, located at Białostocka 5D in Warsaw, has been completed. Designed by the architectural studio Foroom, the project consists of 185 apartments.
To better integrate with the surrounding environment, the architects divided the development into two distinct sections. A light-colored part of the building references the character of Białostocka Street, while a brick section pays homage to the industrial heritage of the Praga district and the nearby Koneser complex.
Architect and Foroom co-founder Bartłomiej Grotte stated that the goal was to translate the scale, rhythm, material, and rawness characteristic of Praga’s historical architecture into contemporary residential design. The project also features a green internal courtyard and integrated balconies and loggias to create a connection between residents and outdoor spaces.
