Fort Bliss hosts Oktoberfest at Biggs Park in El Paso

Oktoberfest is returning to Biggs Park at Fort Bliss in El Paso from September 18 to September 20. The event features traditional German culture, including music, dancing, food, and German beer.

The celebration begins on Friday, September 18, and continues through Saturday, September 19, from 6 p.m. to midnight. Admission is free, though age restrictions apply: guests must be at least 18 years old to attend on Friday and Saturday, and at least 21 to consume German beer. Children aged 17 and younger are not permitted on these two nights.

A Family Day will be held on Sunday, September 20, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., allowing guests of all ages to participate. Scheduled entertainment includes Terry Cavanagh and the Alpine Express, as well as performances by the German Air Force Schuhplattlers.
