Brazil economic activity highlights regional fairs and sector growth

Various economic and educational events are taking place across Brazil. In Ceará, the honey and propolis sector generated US$ 10.25 million in business prospects during an ApexBrasil event in Fortaleza, involving buyers from ten countries.

Regional entrepreneurship is being highlighted through several fairs: Fenecan in Canaã, the Fama Fair in Paracuru, and Fenacce in Ceará, which features cultural and gastronomic activities. Additionally, the Ferreira Costa company is participating in an employability fair at UFPE in Recife to recruit talent.

In the corporate sector, business travel in the Northeast's energy segment grew by 22.8% in the first half of 2026. Educational institutions are also active, with FECAP sponsoring an international financial planning congress in São Paulo and the University of São Paulo (USP) hosting its professional career fair in the capital.
