FortifAI Limited announces CEO Kelly Herrell is stepping down

FortifAI Limited (ASX: FTI) has announced that Chief Executive Officer Kelly Herrell is stepping down from his role, effective immediately. The Australian Securities Exchange listed technology company focuses on artificial intelligence and advanced computing through its subsidiary, NOL8.

During his tenure, Herrell oversaw the launch of AI Data Plane Version 1.0 and Version 2.0, and facilitated technology availability through distribution partners Megaport and Equinix. The company stated that its commercial strategy and timetable will remain unchanged following the transition.

The executive team, which will now report directly to the Board, includes Chief Technology Officer Dr. Alon Rashelbach, Chief Revenue Officer Jason Brushe, VP Finance Boris Levin, and Chief Solutions Officer Jamie Pope. This team is tasked with pursuing NOL8’s initial commercial agreements.
