Epic Games announces Fortnite x One Piece crossover

Epic Games has officially confirmed a major collaboration between Fortnite and the popular anime series One Piece. The crossover will serve as the centerpiece for a new mini-season titled ‘Treasure Hunters’, which is scheduled to launch on November 1, 2026.

Teaser trailers and promotional materials indicate that the collaboration will draw heavily from the original manga and anime rather than the Netflix live-action adaptation. Key visual cues include the appearance of the Going Merry, the Straw Hat Pirates’ first ship, which is expected to replace the traditional Battle Bus.

While specific details regarding the full item shop are still emerging, promotional posters and trailers suggest that several iconic characters will arrive as playable skins, including Monkey D. Luffy, Roronoa Zoro, Nami, Usopp, Sanji, Portgas D. Ace, and Buggy the Clown. Some reports indicate that Luffy and Buggy may be included in the Battle Pass.

The ‘Treasure Hunters’ mini-season is intended to act as a bridge between Fortnite Chapter 7 and Chapter 8. In addition to the One Piece content, the update is expected to feature other collaborations, including appearances by Hatsune Miku and Kasane Teto.
