Fortnite introduces Cash Cup tournaments and Fortnitemares seasonal updates

Epic Games is introducing several competitive and seasonal updates for Fortnite Chapter 7. Players can participate in Cash Cup tournaments, which are official competitions offering real cash prizes. To enter, players must meet specific requirements, including reaching a minimum account level (typically 15) and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA).

As part of the Fortnitemares event, new lobby codes have been released, including those featuring music from Yeat. These codes provide various rewards, such as music tracks and in-game items, and are expected to expire on October 31, 2026. Additionally, the game is hosting Power Hours—special two-hour windows during the weekend of October 17-18, 2026. During these sessions, players can access unique modifiers, such as the Freddy Krueger claw glove, and have increased chances of finding specific collectible items and resources.
