Fortnite introduces Hollow Knight cosmetic crossover

Epic Games has introduced a new crossover collaboration between Fortnite and the indie game Hollow Knight. The collaboration brings cosmetic items inspired by the world of Hallownest to the battle royale game.

Players can purchase items such as The Knight as a Sidekick, the Knight’s Nail Pickaxe, and the Hallownest Grub Back Bling. These can be bought individually or as a bundle for 2,000 V-Bucks.

The pricing of the bundle has drawn attention, as the cost to acquire the full set of cosmetics through V-Bucks purchases can exceed the retail price of the original Hollow Knight game on platforms like Steam. For example, obtaining the Knight Sidekick alone requires a minimum spend that is higher than the base game's price.
