Fortnite introduces Slender Man skin and competitive tournaments

Epic Games is integrating the Slender Man character into Fortnite as part of the Fortnitemares 2026 event. The character will be available in the in-game item shop starting October 22, featuring a full cosmetic set that includes a skin, a tentacle-themed back bling, a pickaxe with claw-like hands, and a ‘Slender Man was here’ graffiti.

In addition to the shop release, competitive tournaments are being held on October 20 for the Brazil server region. Players can earn the Slender Man skin and the ‘Tentacles of the Slender Man’ back bling for free by ranking among the top performers in specific categories: the top 30 players in the Mobile Cup and the top 100 duos in both the Reload and Reload — No Build modes. While the shop items are expected to be available for a limited time, the competitive rewards are tied to specific performance milestones in these scheduled matches.
