Fortress Festival expands 2027 dungeon synth stage with new artists

The UK‑based Fortress Festival will run at Scarborough Spa from May 29‑30, 2027, and is expanding its dedicated dungeon synth stage to cover both days of the event. The line‑up adds several debut performances, including the worldwide live debut of French pioneer Erang, who said, “this music is all my life… 2027 will mark the 15th anniversary of my first album, TOME I, and for the first time, I’ve decided to create a live performance around the Land of the Five Seasons.”

Other announced acts are the UK exclusive debut of Wraith Knight, the live debut of Spectral Castle, and appearances by Hole Dweller, Atlantean Sword, Lord Bakartia and DragonKeep. The festival already features headliners Emperor and a roster that includes GRIS, GRÀB, Yellow Eyes, Forteresse and Havukruunu.
