This project is part of a judicial agreement for full reparation following the dam failures at B-I, B-IV, and B-IVA/Córrego do Feijão. The undertaking involves cooperation between the Municipality of Fortuna de Minas, the State of Minas Gerais, the Federal Public Ministry, the State Public Ministry of Minas Gerais, and the State Public Defender's Office.
