Philippines leads Fortune Southeast Asia Best Companies list

The Philippines holds the highest number of companies on the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For Southeast Asia 2026 list, with 54 certified organizations recognized. This ranking, produced by Fortune and Great Place To Work, is based on survey responses from over 1.3 million employees across ten countries.

Notable Philippine entries include Golden Arches Development Corporation (McDonald’s Philippines), which debuted at number 7, Balibago Waterworks System at number 19, and Megaworld Corporation at number 22. Other recognized local firms include Arcanys and D&V Philippines.

Across the broader Southeast Asian region, DHL Group maintained its number one position for the second consecutive year. The 2026 list features significant turnover, with 39 companies appearing as first-time entrants, including FedEx, Sunway Group, and United Overseas Bank.
