Forum Cultural Guanajuato celebrates 20th anniversary with Paté de Fuá

Forum Cultural Guanajuato Paté de Fuá 20th anniversary León musical celebration

More than 3,300 people gathered at the Calzada de las Artes in León to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Forum Cultural Guanajuato. The event featured a collaborative concert between the musical group Paté de Fuá and several local youth orchestras.

Participating musical ensembles included Trinitate Philharmonia, Sonarlas Joyas, Vientos Musicales, Intercultural de León, and the Orquesta Universitaria de La Salle Bajío. The performance marked a significant homecoming for Paté de Fuá, as the venue served as the group's first stage outside of Mexico City two decades ago.

During the concert, vocalist and guitarist Yayo González noted the coincidence of the event aligning with the group's own 20th anniversary. The repertoire included songs such as ‘La canción del linyera’, ‘Mi corazón’, ‘El extranjero’, and ‘Cien años’.
