Forum Steglitz to host wellness event for seniors

Forum Steglitz will host “Wohlfühltage für Best Ager” (Wellness Days for Best Agers) from September 24 to 26, 2026. The event is specifically designed for the 55-plus generation, focusing on well-being, health, and vitality.

During the three-day event, a wellness lounge will serve as a central meeting point. The program includes activities such as green smoothies, coffee, cake, and relaxing massages. A highlight of the event is the “Expertentag Wohlfühlen” on Saturday, September 26, where specialists in fitness, nutrition, health, and beauty will be available to answer questions and provide personal advice.
