The Forus sports group is hosting Open Day events on Saturday, October 17, at its facilities in Luino and Cremona. These events offer free trial classes for those who book in advance.

In Luino, the Forus Le Betulle center has undergone significant renovations to improve space quality, user comfort, and energy efficiency. Recent upgrades include a new 320-square-meter fitness area equipped with over 50 pieces of modern machinery, a new Technogym bike room, and energy-saving technological installations such as heat recovery systems for pool water.

The Cremona facility, located at Piazzale Atleti Azzurri d’Italia, features a 1,000-square-meter fitness room, renovated changing rooms, and a swimming pool. The Open Day program includes various sessions such as Postural, Bike, Total Body, Acquagym, Zumba, and Pilates.
