Forvia appoints Olivier Lefebvre to lead JIKA region

Automotive supplier Forvia has announced leadership adjustments to its executive structure. Olivier Lefebvre, who currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President, has been appointed to lead the JIKA region, covering Japan, India, Korea, and ASEAN. This new role is in addition to his existing responsibilities.

According to CEO Martin Fischer, the expansion of Lefebvre’s role is intended to strengthen the connection between regional execution and the group’s operational leadership, supporting a ‘local-for-local’ strategy to better serve specific market needs.

Additionally, Raphaël Viard, the company’s Director of Digital and Artificial Intelligence, has joined the executive committee. The company noted that Viard’s appointment reflects the increasing strategic importance of artificial intelligence in Forvia’s ongoing transformation.
