Forvia Hella expands S-Series LED work lights

Forvia Hella has announced an expansion of its S-Series LED work lights, focusing on increased luminous flux and improved efficiency without altering existing dimensions or mounting formats. The update includes higher light outputs for several models: the Modul 90 variant reaches up to 4,500 lm, the Ultra Beam increases to 4,800 lm, and the Oval 100 reaches up to 2,150 lm.

To achieve these performance gains while reducing power consumption, the company has integrated optimized electronics with a new generation of LEDs. The expansion also introduces new design options and a Power Beam variant with 2,150 lm, suitable for both near-field and long-range illumination. These updates are intended to provide original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) with improved technology while maintaining integration security.

Market availability includes compact 90 mm LED headlights compatible with both 12V and 24V systems, featuring low-beam and high-beam functions. These components are designed for specialized mounting spaces and vehicle conversions.
